Karen and John - Karen and John have been with Karouzo's since the beginning in 1998.  John is one of three cooks, working side by side with his brother Mark and friend Nick. Karen is found in the dining room working alongside Achilles and the servers to create a pleasurable dining experience for everyone. Whenever Johns not working, you can find him outdoors either fishing, snowmobiling, or joining Karen for hikes with their two dogs.

Mark and Wendy - Mark and Wendy moved from Prince George in 2003 to work alongside John and Karen in running the restaurant.  Mark is found in the kitchen helping to create delicious meals for everyone.  Wendy is found in the dining room, hostessing and ensuring that everyone is enjoying their dinners.  When not working Mark, Wendy, and their three children enjoy outdoor activities such as biking, skiing, or going for walks with their 2 dogs.

Nick - Nick started with Karouzo's shortly after opening in 1998.  He's the one in the broiler preparing your steaks to perfection. Nick is married with three sons and on his days off can be found at his home in Edmonton making his own wine and puttering around in his garden.

Achilles - Achilles joined the Karouzo's team in 2000.  He may be  the bartender and host but don't be surprised if he drops by your  table for a friendly little chat.  In his spare time Achilles is almost always at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge Golf Club.

Amanda - Amanda is our partime manager and one of our full time servers.  Amanda has been with Karouzo's since 2001 and is working towards her degree in fashion merchandising.  Amanda also works to support her favourite pasttime..shoe shopping!
